I want to be able to edit the assignment description and add annotations to questions.

If, while an assignment is open, I want to be able to provide a little more guidance or description, I currently have to weigh that against the cost of booting everyone out of active attempts.

I would also like to be able to edit (even if only upward) the number of attempts permitted and the due date.
