Respect the local convention for decimal separator

When entering decimal numbers students should not be required to use a foreign convention for decimal points. Many countries all over the world use a comma for decimal separator.

It is confusing for students to have to remember to use a point as decimal separator, and it creates a lot of frustration for both students and teachers, when correct answers are graded as incorrect because of this.
